Registration and payment
- Registration for the event is binding.
- Participation is confirmed once the payment has been completed.
Cancellation policy
- Participation fees are non-refundable.
Transfer of participation
- Registration may be transferred to another person.
- The organizer must be informed of the transfer in advance.
- The organizer reserves the right to approve the transfer.
Changes and cancellation of the event
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program, and instructors.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participation fees will be refunded.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for changes to the event content, program, schedule, or instructors caused by circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, governmental restrictions, epidemics, strikes, war, energy crises, transportation disruptions, or flight cancellations.
Force majeure situations do not entitle participants to a refund of the participation fee, provided that the event is carried out substantially as planned.
If the event must be cancelled entirely due to force majeure, the organizer will primarily seek to postpone the event to a later date. Any refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
- Participants attend the event at their own risk.
- The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property.
Personal data
- Personal data collected during registration is used for organizing the event.
- Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. See the Privacy Policy for further information.
