Payment is made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods in our online store. We accept MobilePay, credit and debit cards (Stripe), and any additional payment methods separately announced at checkout.
Products are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after the order, unless otherwise stated.
Spring camp support merchandise will be delivered directly to the camp location, and no other delivery options are offered for those products.
If a product cannot be delivered, the payment will be refunded promptly.
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a specific reason.
The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalized items (such as products printed or modified according to the customer’s request).
To exercise the right of cancellation, the product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please include the order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
We aim to respond to complaints within five (5) business days.
Any disputes will be primarily resolved through mutual agreement.
Consumers may also bring the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before doing so, it is recommended to contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
