For now at our trainings we have the following measures against covid:
– Kiai (use of loud voice) avoided in training
– Bogu (protection) always worn with respiratory protection. We recommend an additional plexiglass in front of the mouth in the helmet.
– We keep safety distance during training at the dojo as much as possible
– If you have been sick or travelling, follow medical advice and quarantine measures from the government. In case of normal flu symptoms take the corona-test to not skip training for several weeks.
